How it’s built
Every TxDOT competitive bid letting, parsed bidder-by-bidder from the state’s public bid tabulations. A firm’s “won” is the winning (low) total on a project it took, summed over the trailing 24 months. Firms with fewer than 4 decided bids aren’t ranked yet. Name variants are merged to one firm.
